Wild Rose Caregivers Ltd. was founded in 2007 by Sean Wright and his partners. The inspiration behind the company came from Sean’s deeply personal experience caring for a family member with disabilities and his aging grandmother. These experiences gave him a firsthand understanding of how difficult it can be to find high-quality care that is truly tailored to the unique needs of both the individual and their family.
From the very beginning, our guiding principle has been “We before Me.” This motto reflects our unwavering commitment to compassion, dignity, and service—values that continue to shape everything we do.
To inspire hope and enhance lives through compassionate, personalized care that improves the quality of life for individuals and families—delivered with dignity, respect, and trust in every interaction.
