Get out those “Stress Inventories” and get to work on brainstorming which stressors you are able to reduce or eliminate.

Today’s video will help you work through your stress inventory and look at all of the five domains.  You will then be able to find out for yourself what works to try and give yourself that extra energy you need throughout the day.
